Requirements for counterparties

In order to implement “Specresurs” LLC the right given to it by Article 312 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation to require evidence that the conclusion of a supply contract and the fulfillment of obligations under it, in the form of subsequent registration and implementation of transactions, is accepted by a person with the right to sign, we kindly ask you to provide in a duly certified form (paragraph 3.26 GOST R 6.30-2003) copies of the following documents with an attached print:

1. Charter;
2. Certificates of TIN, PSRN/PSRNSP;
3. Extract from the USRLE/USRSP;
4. Lease agreement at the actual location;
5. Decision on appointment to the position of head (minutes of the general meeting of participants or the Board of Directors (shareholders) or the decision of the sole participant (founder, shareholder));
6. Order of appointment to the position of the head;
7. Order or power of attorney for persons authorized to sign contracts and invoices;
8. Company card;
9. Order on appointment of the chief accountant;
10. Balance sheet and statement of financial results for the last reporting period;
11. Copies of VAT and income tax declarations for the last reporting period – if the company applies the general taxation system.
